Correspondences

Deze tentoonstelling, gecureerd door Christa Vyvey, is de vrucht van verschillende ontmoetingen: die van drie Belgische kunstenaars (Renato Nicolodi, Nick Ervinck enSofie Muller) met de collecties van het Museum Fenaille; die van oude kunst en hedendaagse kunst; die van het verleden met het heden. Deze confrontatie geeft aanleiding tot een dialoog die de notie van moderniteit, de aard van de geconserveerde voorwerpen en de evocatieve kracht van de overblijfselen in vraag stelt.

AThOME

AThOME, launched in early May 2020 on @tardino6 Instagram account, is a socially engaging online project that brings contemporary art into every person’s home. Each AThOME iteration is a compilation of protocols written by 6 contemporary local and international artists, inviting anyone at home to produce their own work of art - no budget or education needed. Anyone who follows the protocol, using simple household materials, will end up with a surprising little masterpiece.

Coup de Ville

COUP DE VILLE 2020 - CHASING FLOWERS

Every few years, contemporary art platform WARP immerses the city of Sint-Niklaas (Belgium) in the hottest new contemporary art with the 'Coup de Ville' arts tour. Previous editions in 2010, 2013 and 2016 attracted over 10,000 visitors to our city.

Artivirals

Under the title 'Artivirals', an exhibition project is being organized to present visual art covering the corona virus pandemic and the subject of quarantining. The theme will be illustrated in visual interpretations from different angles.

This project is being realized with the cooperation and support of the Higher Institute of Fine Arts (HISK).
